Cotton Drill is constructed with twill to create a strong diagonal pattern within the weave. Loomstate means that this fabric has not undergone any finishing’s or treatments since it left the loom making it easy to dye.
Washing Instructions - Manufacturer says: Being loomstate this fabric will shrink on the first couple of washes so please wash before use. If dying please follow dye instructions regarding washing thereafter. We strongly recommend testing a small piece first to be sure.
