Oddies Textiles has been established for nearly 100 years, initially as a retail shop and later becoming major importers and wholesalers to the UK textile trade. Rose & Hubble Ltd began manufacturing high quality fabrics in 1922 and soon became known across the world for their incredible quality. John Louden was established in 1926. Long-standing business relationships with quality mills in India and Thailand have resulted in the creation of fantastic ranges of stunning dress and craft fabrics.
We also export to many countries, particularly Northern Europe and Ireland – and can export anywhere in the world. We have an unparalleled range of regular stock lines and over a million metres of seasonal and clearance fabrics. If you can’t find what you are looking for here please contact us as we may well have it in stock. We are also able to source most fabrics subject to minimum quantities and lead times.

Wholesale customers are welcome to visit our warehouse opening times are: Monday & Tuesday 7:30am to 5:00pm, Wednesday & Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday 8:00am-1:00pm. – please telephone or email to arrange an appointment with one of our sales staff.
We have agents in London, Scotland and Ireland who can visit your business to show you our full range or items specific to your requirements. Alternatively we can post samples to you if you are not in one of those regions.
We offer a twice-monthly mailshot to regular customers. This contains samples of new, seasonal, regular, clearance and bargain fabrics in stock. We also exhibit in February of each year at the Craft Hobby + Stich International exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham (please contact us for the exact date). Our full range of regular and clearance fabrics are available to view at this time. For the exact dates of the next exhibition please contact us.
Deliveries normally take 1-3 days to UK business addresses – and we will always try to get orders despatched on the day of receipt if they are urgent! Next day delivery is available to most locations (some addresses may incur additional carriage charges). Please order before 10am if next day delivery is required, however we cannot always guarantee this.
Minimum order
Unless otherwise specified 1 full folded piece or roll as per the individual fabric descriptions.
Washing and drying
The washing and drying instructions provided on this website are as provided by the manufacturer and we have not tested their veracity. It is always advisable to test wash and test dry any fabric before making into a garment or any other product.
Abbreviated terms and conditions
Without an account orders must be paid prior to despatch – we can accept payment by bank transfer. With an account all invoices are due strictly 30 days nett from invoice date. Overdue accounts are subject to our current bank interest rate. Where solicitors charges and or court costs are incurred in order to obtain payment these charges will be passed on to the account in question.
